If you have frequented my blog before you know that I love Torani sugar free syrups for creating delicious low carb treats. So today I thought I would share 46 low carb Torani syrup recipes that you can try. While most of the keto recipes are for coffee and other drinks, I also have recipes for jello, cookies, popsicles, ice cream and more.
Torani has a vast variety of sugar free flavors and as of this post there are 47 different sugar free syrup flavors. I have bought SO many over the years and I feel they are a great bargain. The bottle is large and lasts a long time so I feel it’s a good investment if you are on a low carb or sugar free diet.
My favorite Torani sugar free syrup flavors.
Since I’ve tried out most of sugar free flavors from Torani here are my favorite flavors and how I use them.
- fruit flavors (raspberry, strawberry, peach, black cherry) – I use these flavors a lot. I mostly use them to make iced tea in the summer along with a little lemon juice. The tartness complements the sweetness. I also use these when I make keto chia jam or fruit sauces. You can use less fruit and cook it down with the syrups to maximize the sweetness. You can also use them to flavor many kinds of desserts like ice cream, cheesecake etc.
- s’mores – This particular syrup is one of my favorite flavors. I tastes a bit like marshmallow but it really goes well with vanilla flavors. I like to use it when I make my own whipped cream for coffee recipes and other desserts. I also use it in popsicles, chia pudding, keto oatmeal, cereal, shakes and more.
- coffee flavor – This is another great flavor if you like coffee ice cream, tiramisu flavored desserts and more. It’s a good keto substitute for Kahlua. It’s also great for low carb espresso martinis (see below).
- salted caramel – This flavor is one of my flavors for just about anything but I especially like to use this in protein drinks or shakes. It’s also one of my favorites for candy, milkshakes, whipped cream, ice cream etc. I sometimes use it with almond milk and keto cereal.
Ways to use Torani syrups.
To quickly summarize how I use Torani syrups, try them in:
- keto cocktails – They are great for making drinks like Pina coladas, margaritas, candy flavored drinks, creamy drinks, etc. It can be a good substitute for drinks that use triple sec, cassis, cointreau, grand mariner, etc.
- smoothies and shakes – You can change the flavor of any kind of protein shake or smoothie with the vast variety of flavors.
- chia seed drinks – Again you can make just about any flavor of chia seed drinks with these.
- flavoring creamy recipes – Use them in whipped cream, whipped cottage cheese, yogurt desserts, ice cream, popsicles etc. You can even make a cream cheese spread with the fruit flavors.
- flavoring hot chocolate, coffee or tea drinks – This is the way many people use them for and for good reason! I see the Torani bottles in many coffee shops and cafes where I live.
- in fruity recipes – I love them in fruit sauces, syrups, jams and even salad dressings.
