This raspberry keto iced tea recipe is going to be your new go to drink this spring. It’s very easy to make and tastes better than store bought diet iced tea. Best of all it’s sugar free and has just 3 calories and 1.6g net carbs. This recipe was sponsored by Torani. All opinions are my own. #ketospring #Torani

My family loves tea all year round but once the warmer weather of spring arrives we break out the sugar free iced tea. Today I am sharing my raspberry keto ice tea with you because my whole family loves it. And I think once you taste it you will never buy store bought iced tea again.
It’s super easy to make and economical with the secret ingredient being Torani Puremade Zero Sugar Syrups. They come in a variety of fruity flavors which is great for flavoring iced teas
My husband is partial to the peach syrup but I love the raspberry so that’s what I’m sharing with you today. It’s a tasty drink for anyone on a keto diet.
Recipe ingredients I used.
All you need to make this keto raspberry tea are tea bags, lemon slices and Torani Puremade Zero Sugar Raspberry Syrup.
The lemon is key to this ice tea recipe so don’t leave it out. Sweet and sour flavors complement each other and enhance the overall taste of the tea. While the raspberry tea without the lemon would be fine, it’s so much better with a blend of lemon.
While I like to use lemon slices you can also just use bottled lemon juice. You can also use either green tea or black tea bags as well as loose tea leaves. But for simplification I used bags and we are partial to black tea. However green tea is very good for you so that’s a good option too.
And if you want to add even more raspberry flavor, you can use herbal fruit teas along with the regular tea. This is a good substitute for the syrup but you would have to add your sweetener of choice too. The Torani syrup is much easier and has more raspberry flavor though.
How to make raspberry keto iced tea.
Step 1: Fill a kettle or large pan with cold water and turn up the heat to get it simmering. While that is heating up, add tea bags and lemon slices to a pitcher or very large mason jar.
Step 2: Let the water sit for a minute or two to cool and then pour over the lemons and tea bags.
Step 3: Let it sit until the drink comes to room temperature. You can take the tea bags and lemon slices out if you want but we leave them in. Then add the Torani syrup. Mix it well and taste to see if you want it sweeter or not and then adjust according to your preference.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. (Please scroll down to view printable recipe card.)
When you want a refreshing keto drink, just fill a cup with ice cubes and pour! If you want you can add fresh mint leaves, a wedge of lemon or even a few raspberries to the glass.
How to make cold brewed keto iced tea.
Cold brew iced tea is like sun tea except it brews in the refrigerator instead of outside in the sun (source).
To make raspberry keto iced tea using the cold brew method just add the tea bags (or loose leaf tea), lemon slices and Torani syrup to a large pitcher.
Pour in cold water or room temperature water and mix well. Place in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours to get the most deep tea flavor you can. And that is all!
Other keto raspberry recipes you can make with Torani Raspberry syrup.
Below are some of the sugar free raspberry recipes that I have made using Torani sugar free syrup. Torani’s Puremade is their newer line and has no artificial sweeteners, preservatives or GMOs. And the colors are from natural sources! So I have been using more of those syrups lately.

We like to make a big pitcher of this sugar free fruity flavored tea and keep it in the refrigerator at all times. It’s great to just grab a glass of this tea as the weather gets warmer. Especially for me because it’s low carb, super tasty and less expensive than store bought.
Well I hope you give this refreshing and delicious sugar free ice tea drink a try. I’m betting it will be your new favorite keto friendly drink for spring and summer.
And go to Torani’s website and check out all the sugar free fruit flavors they have for you. I highly recommend raspberry, peach, strawberry, pineapple and mango flavors which are my favorites. And they make a tasty beverage as Jules would say. Enjoy!

Raspberry Keto Iced Tea Recipe
This raspberry keto iced tea recipe only needs 3 ingredients to make a sugar free and refreshing drink for spring. Make a big batch and keep it in the refrigerator for a low calorie drink on the go.
Ingredients
- 6 tea bags (black or green tea)
- â…” cup Torani Puremade Zero Sugar Raspberry Syrup
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 6 cups hot water
Instructions
- Get your tea kettle or water heating while you prepare the tea.
- Add the tea bags and lemon slices to the pitcher or large mason jar. I used a 6 cup sized mason jar.
- Once water boils let it set for a few minutes then pour over the tea bags and lemon slices.
- Let the tea set until it comes to room temperature. This may take 30 minutes or so.
- You can take out the tea bags and lemon if you want or leave it in. The pulp will break from the slices so if that bothers you take them out now.
- Pour the raspberry syrup in and mix well. Pour over ice or place in the refrigerator to chill.
Notes
- You can use regular or decaf tea - black tea or green tea. Tea bags are much easier than loose leaf tea but you can use that too.
- Sometimes we just make plain tea and keep it in the refrigerator. Then we add 1 tablespoon of ReaLemon juice to our glasses and 2 tablespoons of our sugar free Torani fruit flavored syrups.
- If you don't have lemons, add 6 tablespoons of lemon juice (can be from a bottle) to the pitcher instead.
