Whether you want to eat low carb through the holidays or you just love pumpkin pie, this keto pumpkin pie cocktail is for you. With or without alcohol this low carb holiday drink can also be dessert! Each sugar free drink only has 2.6g net carbs. These recipes were sponsored by Torani. All opinions are my own. #atoraniholiday

The holidays are coming and this year I’m bringing the pumpkin pies. Which got me to thinking about making a keto pumpkin pie cocktail for the blog! It’s all the flavor of a piece of pumpkin pie but in drink form and only 2.6g net carbs!
When I had my hubby and father in law taste test these holiday drinks, they raved about them. I gave my son a non alcoholic version and he loved it as well. So this recipe is sure to please everyone.
What’s In This Holiday Cocktail?
This tasty keto cocktail only needs a few ingredients and a few minutes to make. I used pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, Torani Sugar Free Brown Sugar Cinnamon Syrup, heavy cream and vanilla vodka.
A couple months ago I made a keto cinnamon toast coffee that also used this Torani Sugar Free Brown Sugar Cinnamon Syrup. So if you already have a bottle from that recipe you can use it again here.
If not, check out Torani’s vast assortment of sugar free syrups here. My hubby is now hooked on them as much as I am! He loves to add the sugar free peach to his iced tea.
Let’s Make Some Keto
Pumpkin Pie Cocktails!
For this recipe I used a shaker glass but you could use a large glass pyrex measuring cup too.
- Add ice to the top of two cocktail glasses.
- Pour the pumpkin, spices, Torani Sugar Free Brown Sugar Cinnamon Syrup, vodka and a little water to a shaker glass.
- Whisk or shake until it’s well combined and then pour into the glasses.
- Pour a tablespoon of heavy cream on the top of each glass and let it seep down.
- Add whipped cream on top if you want as it’s optional.
I like the contrast of the white and orange colors and that’s why I poured the cream on top. If you want you can just add the heavy cream to the drink from the beginning.
This recipe only makes 2 servings. However you could easily double or triple the ingredients to make these drinks for a holiday party.
How About A Pumpkin Pie Slushy?
It was a hot day when I created this recipe so I made a slushy one too and it was awesome! I used the same ingredients except the water and used ice instead. I just blended it up and it was delicious.
I have the instructions for you below in the recipe card.
Recipe Notes And Tips
- Make sure you are using pure canned pumpkin. The ingredients should only include pumpkin. Do not use pumpkin pie filling.
- I used Torani Sugar Free Brown Sugar Cinnamon Syrup but they have many other flavors that would work well. Some other flavors would be S’mores, Cinnamon Vanilla, Pumpkin Pie, French Vanilla, Pumpkin Spice and Salted Caramel.
- I used vanilla vodka to give this drink even more flavor. Most Absolut flavored vodkas don’t have carbs but some flavored vodkas do. Just check them out before adding to your drinks. You can also just use plain vodka.
- Note that you don’t have to make this drink with alcohol and it will still be delicious.
- If you are making this pumpkin drink for a crowd, you can easily double or triple the ingredients.
- You can add the heavy cream at the beginning if you want. I added it at the end because I liked the way it looked. Also the whipped cream on top is just optional and not included in the nutritional information below.
The nutritional information for 1 drink is: 96 calories
5.7g fat / 3.9g carbs / 1.3g fiber / 0.8g protein = 2.6g net carbs
This pumpkin pie drink is really good and would be great if you wanted to treat yourself on the weekend with or without the alcohol.
My husband thought this drink was too froufrou for him. However once he tasted it he LOVED it and ended up drinking two of them. I hope you enjoy it too!

What an absolutely delightful idea to turn all the holiday flavors of pumpkin pie into a yummy, special drink! So festive – and easy to make, too (because who has time for fussy recipes at the holidays?!?)! Extra-fun that it can be a slushy, too!
