Recently I got a new air fryer and I’ve been using it alot. It’s a great way to put dinner on the table fast. Today I made these easy low carb pork kebabs in the air fryer. I used an easy marinade with only 3 ingredients.
In the morning just mix, marinade and store in the refrigerator. Then at dinner time, pop them in the air fryer and you are done! This recipe makes 7 keto pork kebabs and each one has only 0.6g net carbs!
The Easy 3 Ingredient Low Carb Marinade
My sister made this salad dressing many years ago and I thought it would work well as a marinade. All you do is buy a packet of Italian salad dressing & seasoning mix. Follow the instructions but instead of vinegar use soy sauce. Mix it all together and use half for the marinade. The other half you can use for your next salad!
By the way I bought everything at Aldi but you might have most of these in your house already.
Making Low Carb Pork Kebabs
I bought country style pork ribs from Aldi and you can see those above. They are pretty inexpensive and perfect for kebabs. Just cut each on into a few pieces and place them into a baggie.
Then pour ½ of the dressing into the baggie and smoosh (word?) the pork cubes around so the marinade is covering all of it. Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours but it’s better if you do it in the morning and eat at night. You can even marinate it over night.
Next get some wooden skewers and put the pork cubes on them. I got about 5-6 pieces of meat on each one and altogether I made 7 skewers. So this recipe makes quite a lot. I have suggestions for leftovers below.
How Long To Cook Pork Kebabs
You only have to air fryer these kebabs for 15 minutes. Set your air fryer to 380°F and place the kebabs on to the rack or basket and that’s it. The internal temperature should be 160°F. I just take a piece off and cut it open to make sure.

Ideas For Leftovers
This recipe makes a lot so if you have leftovers you can use them on top of a big salad with peppers, cilantro, toasted almonds and a good Asian dressing. Or you can chop them into smaller pieces and add them to some fried cauliflower rice.
My husband took some of the leftovers for his lunch as is. I cooked the vegetebles below and made some cauliflower rice for our dinner.
What Keto Side Dishes To Make
I have many low carb side dishes to pick from but I think these low carb sweet and spicy green beans would be great. Also these red curry cabbage noodles or this spinach & tomato cauliflower rice dish would be tasty low carb sides dishes for this meal. All these dishes take 15 minutes or less so you can make them while the pork is cooking.

394 cals / 26.9g fat / 0.6g carbs / 35g protein = 0.6g net carbs
