Let’s Make These Everything Spice Pecans
First thing you want to do is get out a large non stick skillet and melt the butter. When that is melted add in the pecans and toast them for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Make sure to stir frequently so they don’t burn.
When you see they are starting to turn brown sprinkle the everything bagel spice and mix well. Let them toast for a few more minute and they are done.
Cover a cookie sheet with wax paper and spread the nuts out to cool. This will save on clean up. Once they have cooled completely, store them in a sealed container.
Recipe Tips & Notes
- You can also use any nut you please but pecans taste the most like pretzels in my opinion and are one of the lowest in carbs.
- Make sure to stir the nuts while toasting so they don’t burn.
- Use more or less of the everything bagel spice to your liking.
- Let them cool completely before eating. They will get more crunchy as they cool.
- Store in an air tight container.

Ingredients
- 2 cups raw pecan halves
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 - 2 tablespoons everything bagel spice
Instructions
- In a large skillet melt butter over medium heat.
- Add the pecans and toast for about 5 minutes until they start to brown or are fragrant. Make sure to stir frequently so they don't burn.
- Add the spice and mix well. Toast for a few more minutes then pour unto a wax paper covered cookie sheet.
- Let cool completely and store in a sealed container.
