I’ve been wanting to make these feta & cilantro keto turkey burgers ever since my son-in-law gave me the idea. He is becoming quite the grilling and smoker affianado so when he said he made these I stored that away as a blog post idea.
These keto turkey burgers are full of flavor from the feta, cilantro and a bit of jalapeno pepper too. Then they are topped with a simple jalapeño aioli to make a delicious low carb dinner. Each of the delicious turkey burgers has only 1.7g net carbs and 1 tablespoon of the jalapeno aioli is only 0.1g net carbs so have 2!
Feta & Cilantro Keto Turkey Burgers
In A Nutshell
- Chop the cilantro, green onion and jalapeno.
- Mix with the turkey meat and feta and then form into patties.
- Place in hot cast iron skillet and cook for about 5 minutes per side.
- In the meantime mix the mayo, jalapeño, cumin & garlic then set aside as the topping.
- When burgers are done, serve on a piece of butter lettuce or romaine lettuce and jalapeño aioli

Ingredients I Used
The only ingredients you need for these turkey burgers are ground turkey, crumbled feta cheese, cilantro, green onions and jalapeños. I bought all of this at Aldi by the way.
If you don’t like cilantro you could always substitute with parsley and for the feta you could substitute goat cheese if you wish. However I really like the combination of the original ingredients.
Let’s Make Some Feta & Cilantro Turkey Burgers!
These healthy turkey burgers are very easy. Just chop the jalapeno pepper, cilantro and green onions. Then mix those ingredients with the feta cheese and ground turkey meat. Form them into 4 burgers and then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Heat up a cast iron skillet and cook the turkey burgers for about 5 minutes per side. Let them sit for a few minutes while you make the jalapeno aioli sauce.
Jalapeno Aioli Recipe
To make this aioli recipe simply dice another jalapeno pepper and mix with the mayo, garlic and cumin. This goes great with the keto turkey burgers because ground turkey can tend to be dry. That is why both feta inside and the aioli on top compliment it so well.
Healthy Side Dishes To Go With These Turkey Burgers
We tend to really like fries with our burgers but that doesn’t mean they have to high in carbs. Try these celery root fries, delicata fries or maybe these parmesan veggie fries. All make for a healthy side dish.

Feta & Cilantro Keto Turkey Burgers with Jalapeno Aioli Dressing
These feta & cilantro keto turkey burgers are full of flavor and easy to make. Top with an easy jalapeno aioli for a delicious low carb dinner.
Ingredients
- 20 oz ground turkey
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup cilantro, minced
- 1 large jalapeno minced
- 2 green onions, minced
- salt and pepper
Jalapeno Aioli
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 jalapeno, finely minced
- â…› teaspoon cumin
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
Instructions
- Mix chopped jalapeno, cilantro and green onions with the ground turkey meat and feta cheese.
- Form into 4 patties and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Heat up a cast iron or other skillet. Spray with cooking spray and add the burgers.
- Cook over a medium heat for 5 minutes on each side. Try not to disturb and just flip once.
- Let set for a few minutes before serving.
- In the meantime mix the aioli ingredients and serve along side the burgers.
