One thing I’ve learned from eating vegetable noodles is that they can be quite tasty. That is if you put very tasty sauces on them! Today I was in the mood for some keto Alfredo sauce on my zucchini noodles and decided to add a little chicken too! This was a really quick and easy low carb dinner that was almost as good as the real thing. I will definitely be making this keto Alfredo sauce again and maybe just use it on vegetables.
Other Creamy Keto Sauces To Try
I like creamy sauces so give one of these a try:
Keto Alfredo Sauce Ingredients
Alfredo sauce is actually quite easy to make. It only requires cream cheese, garlic, butter, heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. These are low carb ingredients that I usually have on hand so I can make this anytime.
How To Make Alfredo Sauce
You start by melting butter in a small sauce pan. Add in the crushed garlic and saute a minute until fragrant. Then add in the cream cheese, heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Whisk for a few minutes until all the cheese is melted and well combined. Take off the stove and use immediately.
What To Use This Alfredo Sauce With
For this recipe I used this sauce on wide zucchini noodles. They seem to be the right kind of noodle to mimic regular pasta in my opinion. However I think this sauce would be great over chicken breast, fish and even be delicious on vegetable side dishes.
I hope you enjoy this deliciously creamy keto sauce. It makes roughly 1 ¼ cups of sauce and the nutrition for 1 tablespoon is:
60 cals / 5.8g fat / 0.5g carbs / 1.5g protein = 05 net carbs

No problem, it’s difficult to write 20 tablespoons in the old recipe card. Once I convert it to my new one it will be more specific. Take care, Denise
