This was adapted from Primal Palate’s Tiramisu Cream Cheese Filling recipe. I think next time I will try with sugar free maple syrup to see if it works as well.
- 4 oz Creme Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Swerve or Splenda
- 2 Tablespoons Maple syrup
- ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a high speed blender, add all the ingredients and blend on high till smooth.
- Put bowl in the fridge for 20 minutes to thicken.
