Keto Turkey Burgers
- Add the cilantro and green onions to a food processor and finely chop.
- Mix together the ground turkey, Thai red curry paste, green onion mixture and salt. Form into 4 patties.

Thai Turkey Burger Ingredients
You only need 4 ingredients to make this keto turkey burgers. I used green onions, cilantro, Thai Kitchen red curry paste and of course ground turkey.
Let’s Make Some Thai Turkey Burgers!
This is very simple to make in that you only have to chop the cilantro and green onions very finely. I just used my mini food processor for this.
Then you mix all the ingredients together and form them into 4 patties. I used my hands to make sure everything was incorporated together well.
Now all you have to do is grill them or cook in a large skillet. The turkey burgers cook fairly quickly so it should only take 3-5 minutes per side.
What To Eat With These Burgers

You can use any kind of slaw you like or not at all. Or try this keto jalapeno aioli which would go nicely.

These Thai flavored keto turkey burgers only need 4 ingredients and take 15 minutes start to finish. They make a great low carb and healthy dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 green onions
- ¼ cup cilantro leaves
- 1 tablespoon Thai Kitchen red curry paste
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Add the green onions and cilantro to the food processor and mince well.
- In a large bowl add the green onion mixture, ground turkey, red curry paste and salt.
- Form the meat mixture into 4 patties and then either grill or cook in a skillet.
- The patties should take about 3-5 minutes per side.
- Top with an Asian slaw or jalapeno aioli.
