The Secret To Crispy Healthy Apple Chips
To me the secret of crispy apple chips is slicing them uniformly and very thin. I used a mandoline to do this and made these chips easily and as you can see very thin.
I have bought madolines often at Aldi for just $5 and they worked great so if you have one use it and if you don’t maybe give one a try. Just be careful when you use it.
