For all my loyal readers I’ve created a free interactive low carb meal planner to help you ring in the new year! With a variety of keto breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack recipes you can create a meal plan easily. Also I have a few tips of how to use these recipes to prep and plan meals by freezing portions for another day.

Hello friends! Every year I try to give away a discounted cookbook or planner to help you on your low carb journey. I made these free low carb meal plans quite a while ago but never finished them. So when I remembered them the other day I realized this would be the perfect gift to give you this year!
Below is a PDF file that you can use to make a low carb meal plan for the week or even longer. There are 15 breakfast and snack recipes and 20 lunch/dinner recipes to pick from.
Each category has a picture and net carb count as well as a clickable photo link so you can get to that recipe quickly. You can use this info to make your own plan or follow along on the suggested menu I give you.
Overall I think this will be helpful if you are trying to get back to low carb eating after the holidays or if you are just starting out with low carb diets. And of course I am here if you have any questions.
To access the free planner please scroll down until you see the larger text and light blue heading. On the way down you learn how to use the planner and there are other resources to help you with meal planning.
How this interactive low carb meal plan works.
Above you can see the pages that are in this planner. Note that this is a PDF file. The first page is the low carb breakfast recipes that you can see below.
Breakfast recipe pages.
Each photo is clickable and goes right to that post. It also listed the net carbs per serving of that recipe.
I have a variety of savory and sweet recipes to pick from and a lot of these recipes could also be used as snacks so keep that in mind in your meal planning.
Lunch, dinner and snack recipe pages.
Below are at the lunch, dinner and snack recipe pages. Again they have clickable photos of the recipes and the net carbs per serving for each recipe.
I kept the lunch and dinner recipes together because many of these recipes you can eat for dinner one night and eat leftovers for lunch the next day.
The snacks are both sweet and savory. So you can use some of them as desserts as well.
Putting it altogether.
There are two more pages to this file. The next page shows you how to use this planner. It also shows a sample menu. It gives you 9 recipes to make and shows you how to eat them throughout the week. It also tells you how many to freeze for other meals.
The last page is for you to make your own menu plan and offers a few suggestions and tips.
