LOADED KETO EGG SALAD

You just need 5 minutes and 5 ingredients for this egg salad and you can  leftover Easter eggs!

Each serving has just 1.8g net carbs and this batch uses 4 hard boiled eggs. You could easily double the recipe if you have a lot of leftover eggs.

All you need are  hard boiled eggs, cooked crumbled bacon, mayo, cheddar cheese and chopped green onions!

TIP: Grate the hard boiled eggs to make the egg salad creamier! It's also nice to have uniform pieces in the salad. 

Chop green onions very finely and mix everything together. Chill in the refrigerator for  1/2 hour to let the flavors meld.
