You only need 3 simple ingredients to make this keto beverage – espresso coffee, Absolut vanilla vodka and Torani sugar free coffee syrup.

Espresso Alternatives – Instant Coffee Powder Brewed Coffee  – Starbucks Chilled Espresso  – Nitro Cold Brew  – Instant Espresso Powder  – Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate

1. Make coffee and refrigerate to chilled. If you are use cold brew you're set. 2. Add the chilled coffee, Torani syrup and vodka to a cocktail shaker or mason jar. Mix, taste, and adjust sweetness.

3. Add a few ice cubes, shake real hard and pour into a martini glass. The shaking produces foam on top .  4. Serve as is or top with whipped cream. Can add heavy cream for a creamy version.

The nutritional information is basically just 93 calories for each skinny espresso martini and this recipe makes 2 martinis. There are no carbohydrates in this recipe.
