This keto Mexican meatloaf tastes like chili in a meatloaf form. It’s  delicious, gluten free & easy to make.

Ingredients are ground beef and ground pork, onion, green pepper, garlic, almond flour, a variety of spices, egg, salsa, cheddar cheese and green onion.

Finely chop veggies and mix with meats, spices, eggs, almond and flour. Form into loaf and top with salsa.

Place into oven and bake for 30 minutes. Then take out of oven, add cheddar cheese and bake for 5 minutes more.

Can garnish with green onions, fresh cilantro, pickled jalapenos, black olives, guacamole, or avocados.
