Microwave cream cheese and butter and microwave for 10-15 seconds. Mix the dry ingredients then add wet mixture and mix. Lastly add the egg yolk, stevia and cream.

Cut the blueberries in half and fold into the batter.  Spoon the batter into 2 ramekins. Microwave each muffin separately for 30 seconds.
