These tiramisu flavored gelatin desserts make for an easy, low carb dessert full of all those traditional tiramisu flavors. Each dessert has only 2g net carbs!
Add ½ cup of cold water, 1 tablespoon of cocoa, 3 tablespoons of Swerve and 2 teaspoons of gelatin to a pyrex measure cup and whisk well for a minute.
Pour 1 ¼ cups of hot black coffee to the mix and whisk for 1 minute or until the gelatin dissolves. Add the 1 tablespoon of sugar free coffee syrup and ¼ cup of cream and mix one more time.
Pour into 6 dishes or ramekins and refrigerate for a few hours until set.
Add ½ cup of cold water to a pyrex measuring cup along with 2 teaspoons of gelatin and 3 tablespoons of Swerve sweetener. Whisk for 1 minute.
Pour in ½ cup of hot water and whisk until the gelatin is dissolved. Add in 1 cup of heavy cream and 1 tablespoon of sugar free S'mores syrup. Mix well.
Pour mixture over top of the coffee layer (that is already set). Place back in the refrigerator for a few more hours until set completely.
When ready to eat, take the piece of dark chocolate and using a peeler, make little chocolate curls on top and then use a zester to make chocolate dust.
