These tiramisu flavored gelatin desserts make for an easy, low carb dessert full of all those traditional tiramisu flavors.  Each dessert has only 2g net carbs!

Ingredients

Coffee Layer

  • 2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
  • 3 tablespoons Swerve sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 1 ¼ cup strong coffee
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoons sugar free Coffee flavored syrup

Cream Layer

  • 2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
  • 3 tablespoons Swerve sweetener
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar Free S'mores flavored syrup
  • ½ bar Aldi dark chocolate (85% cacao) (optional)

Instructions

Coffee Layer

  1. Add ½ cup of cold water, 1 tablespoon of cocoa, 3 tablespoons of Swerve and 2 teaspoons of gelatin to a pyrex measure cup and whisk well for a minute. 

  2. Pour 1 ¼ cups of hot black coffee to the mix and whisk for 1 minute or until the gelatin dissolves. Add the 1 tablespoon of sugar free coffee syrup and ¼ cup of cream and mix one more time.

  3. Pour into 6 dishes or ramekins and refrigerate for a few hours until set.

Cream Layer

  1. Add ½ cup of cold water to a pyrex measuring cup along with 2 teaspoons of gelatin and 3 tablespoons of Swerve sweetener. Whisk for 1 minute.

  2. Pour in ½ cup of hot water and whisk until the gelatin is dissolved. Add in 1 cup of heavy cream and 1 tablespoon of sugar free S'mores syrup. Mix well.

  3. Pour mixture over top of the coffee layer (that is already set). Place back in the refrigerator for a few more hours until set completely.

  4. When ready to eat, take the piece of dark chocolate and using a peeler, make little chocolate curls on top and then use a zester to make chocolate dust.
