These raspberry earl grey tea cookies are a tasty way to get a lift in the afternoon. The raspberry and earl grey flavors make these low carb cookies the perfect match to a cup of tea. Gluten free, grain free and only 0.2g net carbs per cookie.

1cupraw walnuts
½teaspoonbaking soda
1teaspoonraspberry extract
1egg
2tablespoonsSteeped Raspberry Earl Grey Black Tea
1tablespoonPyure or 2 tablespoons Swerve or Splenda
1tablespoonTorani Sugar Free Raspberry Syrup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
If you have a spice grinder add the tea and grind into a fine powder. If not add to a food processor and process to a fine powder. Take out and set aside.
In a food processor add your nuts and process until it becomes a batter but not yet a smooth nut butter.
Spoon into a mixing bowl, add the rest of your ingredients and mix well.
Cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat.
Spoon out batter, about a tablespoon each. Cookies will spread during baking.
Bake for 8 minutes. Check to make sure they are nice and brown but not too crunchy.
