
This keto salami tostada bites recipe tastes like a mini Mexican tostada. They are a delicious low carb high protein snack and only take 5 minutes to make. Just 1 tostada has only 0.6g net carbs, 3.3g protein and makes a great appetizer too!
Add the salami slices to a microwave safe plate.
Microwave for 1 minute. Then cook again in 15 second intervals until they are darker in color but not burnt. Mine took 1-2 minutes. Timing will depend on the thickness of your salami.
Assemble salami with lettuce, cheese, sour cream, tomatoes and jalapeños.
