Keto Ham Salad Recipe

This low carb easy ham salad only needs a few ingredients and a food processor to make!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ham, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely minced
  • 1 spear dill pickle, finely chopped
  • ΒΌ cup celery, finely minced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Swerve sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

Instructions

  1. Add the ham to a food processor and pulse to grind it up. Spoon into a large bowl.

  2. Place in the celery, onion and pickle into the food processor and process until finely minced. Add to the ham.

  3. In a separate small bowl mix the mayonnaise, Swerve sweetener and mustard together. Spoon into the ham mixture and mix well.

  4. Refrigerate until ready to eat. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
