These easy creamy sun dried tomato sauce recipe is used with zoodles and only takes 15 minutes to make. The zucchini noodles have a creamy garlic, basil and sun dried tomatoes sauce that is decadent and delicious.
Place the noodles in a microwave safe dish and cook for 2 minutes.
In the meantime, add olive oil and crushed garlic to a saute pan and cook for a minute or two.
Then add cream cheese and heavy cream and stir well until the cream cheese has melted and mixed in well with the heavy cream.
Next add the sun dried tomatoes and spices and mix well.
Lastly add the zucchini noodles and cook for 1 minute longer.
Take off the stove and mix in the minced fresh basil.

You can also use this sauce recipe with regular pasta if you don't care about carbs. You can even add some fresh spinach to it for color and nutrition. Just add the fresh chopped spinach at the end of making the sauce and stir until it wilts.
