I made these keto bacon and cheese stuffed chicken breasts on a whim the other day and my family loved it. It was really easy to make and I threw in some vegetables for delicious skillet dinner. Each large chicken breast has only 0.2g net carbs!
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Take a chicken breast and cut a whole on the side. Take you finger and stretch the cut to make a nice hole to stuff.
Take the cheese and bacon and stuff into the chicken breast.
Sprinkle spices on the chicken breasts.
Heat up oil in an ovenproof pan. Brown one side of the chicken and when ready to turn over, flip and add vegetable if using.
Place in oven and bake for 18 minutes or internal temperature is 165°F.
