Low Carb Pizza Crust

This is basically the recipe from I Breathe I'm's recipe that you can find a link to above. Remember it's VERY filling.

  • 1/2 cup flax meal
  • 1/2 cup grated Roman cheese
  • 1/4 cup hemp seed
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 2 eggs


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl beat eggs and crushed garlic.
  3. Add egg mixture to dry ingredients and form into a dough.
  4. Spread thinly on a well greased cookie sheet with your hands.
  5. Cook in a 350 degree oven for 8 minutes.
  6. Add desired toppings and put back in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is starting to brown and looks to your liking.
  7. Enjoy!
