Ingredients
¼cupchicken, cooked and cut into small pieces
1egg
1ozham, cut into small pieces
¼cupmozzarella cheese, shredded
¼cupSwiss cheese, shredded
Instructions
Get your waffle iron ready according to manufacturer's instructions.
In a large bowl, beat your egg and then add the other ingredients.
Mix well.
Add ¼ of the batter to the center of the heated waffle iron and close.
Continue with the rest of the batter. This should make 4 small waffles.
Note: My waffle make does not require me to grease it beforehand. I find that if I make the waffles small and in the center, they will not stick. They should come out nice and chewy but crunchy on the outside.
