These chicken ham & swiss waffles are low carb and most tasty. Only a few ingredients and a few minutes to make.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup chicken, cooked and cut into small pieces
  • 1 egg
  • 1 oz ham, cut into small pieces
  • ¼ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup Swiss cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Get your waffle iron ready according to manufacturer's instructions.
  2. In a large bowl, beat your egg and then add the other ingredients.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add ¼ of the batter to the center of the heated waffle iron and close.
  5. Continue with the rest of the batter. This should make 4 small waffles.
  6. Note: My waffle make does not require me to grease it beforehand. I find that if I make the waffles small and in the center, they will not stick. They should come out nice and chewy but crunchy on the outside.
