You only need 3 simple ingredients - fresh baby spinach, cream cheese and sharp cheddar cheese. Substitution suggestions in the post.

Add cream cheese to the bottom of the crock then  the fresh spinach and top with shredded cheddar cheese. Cook for 1 hour.

Halfway through mix well and then add more spinach if you couldn't fit it in at the beginning. Mix well again and continue to cook.

This is a great way to make a big batch for a holiday meal or for keto meal planning. You can freeze portions for later.
