Ingredients needed: • canned pumpkin puree  • brown sugar sweetener  • cream cheese • heavy whipping cream • vanilla extract • cinnamon • pumpkin pie spice • raw pecans.

Make your nut crumb base by grinding nuts, cinnamon & sweetener to your food processor. I used all raw pecans but sometimes I add walnuts.

Beat cream cheese, pumpkin, spices and sweetener until creamy. Add heavy cream and beat for about 5 minutes until the light and fluffy.

Spoon your cheesecake mixture into each container. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until you are ready to eat.
