This easy keto Thanksgiving side dish is rich, delicious and easy to make. Each serving has only 5.5g net carbs.

All you need are  • green beans • butter • mushrooms • onions • cream cheese • gouda cheese • heavy cream • Parmesan cheese • pork rinds

STEP 1 Add butter to a saute pan and then the onions. Saute until nice and brown. In the meantime cook the green beans in the microwave.

STEP 2 Take out the onions, then add butter and the mushrooms. Cook until done - 3 minutes. Add in the cream cheese, heavy cream and half of the gouda.

STEP 3 Add in the green beans. Mix well to coat. Then go finish making the crunchy onions.

STEP 4 Crush the pork rinds and mix with the parmesan cheese. Then mix together with the browned onions.

STEP 5 Using an oven safe skillet or baking dish, sprinkle the topping over the green beans and then the remaining gouda.

STEP 6 Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until the top has browned. Let cool a bit before serving.
