The tasty blend of grilled meats and cheese along with sub toppings makes for a tasty and filling keto salad!

All you need is lettuce, Italian meats and cheeses, ham, olives, tomatoes, onion and pepper rings. Dressing is simply oil and vinegar.

On a baking sheet layer ham then Italian deli meats. I used salami and pepperoni. Spray foil first with cooking spray.

Then add the cheese and very finely sliced red onions. I prefer provolone on these salads but you can use your favorite sandwich cheese.

Place under the broiler until cheese melts and gets brown and bubbly. Then slice into small bite size pieces so it's easier to eat.

Then build your Italian Sub sandwich salad. . Dress salad with oil and vinegar, then add meats and cheeses and finally use your favorite toppings.
