Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese (Daisy 4% small curd)
  • 3 Tablespoons Ranch Mix, dry

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender.
  2. It's ready to serve. Refrigerate until you are ready to eat.
  3. Approximate nutrition for 2 Tablespoons is 33 cals / 1.3 g fat / 1.9 g carbs / 3.5 g protein.

  4. NOTE: Daisy 4% small curd seems to have the lowest amount of carbs if you are watching. And in the recipe card I used regular ranch dressing mix powder. Just read the labels for the lowest carbs if you are counting.
