Ingredients

  • 2 cups Vanilla Absolut Vodka
  • 24 berries (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries)*

Instructions

  1. Wash all the berries and let dry.

  2. If using strawberries, poke holes in it with a toothpick so they can absorb the vodka better.

  3. Add the berries to a clean mason jar and pour  the vodka over top.

  4. Let sit for at least 1 hour. Note that the longer you let them soak, the strawberries will start to lose their color.

  5. Serve with homemade whipped cream or make a drink with seltzer water and just the vodka from the jars. Garnish with the berries.

  6. Refrigerate before and after serving.

  7. NOTE: I used roughly 6 strawberries, 9 blackberries and 9 raspberries with 2 cups of vodka. The nutritional information is based on this whole jar making 4 servings. That would be berries and alcohol. I suggest you use your own calculations based on what you actually eat.
