Easy Low Carb Ground Beef & Broccoli Recipe

This easy low carb ground beef and broccoli recipe is not only delicious but you can make it in 15 minutes! Just add some cauliflower rice and you have a great low carb meal. Only 5.1g net carbs per serving.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, fresh grated
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon Lakanto golden
  • 1 teaspoon Beef Better than Bouillon
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 3 cups broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. Add oil to a large skillet and heat up. Add the ground beef, salt and pepper and brown.

  2. Meanwhile microwave the broccoli florets for about 4 minutes.

  3. While the meat and broccoli are cooking mix the bouillon, soy sauce, water, ginger, garlic and Lakanto golden sweetener to make the sauce.

  4. While that is simmering make your cauliflower rice. Add florets to a food processor and pulse until it looks like rice.Microwave for about 5 minutes.

  5. By the time the stir fry is done and your are good to go!
