Combine water, milk, yeast, sugar, salt, eggs and butter in the bowl of your mixer. Add 2 cups of flour and mix by hand with a wooden spoon until it's well combined.
-
Add bread hook to mixer and set to medium as you slowly add the rest of the flour. Then increase speed to medium high and knead doug for about 5 minutes.
-
Dough should be soft and smooth; elastic and tacky to the touch. Mine was a bit to sticky so I add 1 T of flour and mixed again. This is something that I think you need to learn from experience.
-
Spray a clean bowl with cooking spray and place dough in bowl and roll around to oiled on all sides. Cover with plastic wrap and leave out for about 1 hour so that it's doubled in size.
-
Cut dough into 12 pieces and form into rolls. Place each in a greased 13 x 9 cooking dish. Brush remaining melted butter on top and then cover dish with plastic. Let sit for 30 minutes.
-
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Once rolls have set, place in oven and cook for 15-20 minutes. Should be brown on top.
