Try these Palmini noodles make from hearts of palms that are mixed with a creamy red pepper sauce, chicken and snow peas.

Ingredients are • red peppers • garlic • Better than Bouillon • heavy cream  • parmesan cheese • palmini noodles • chicken & snow peas

Simmer chopped red peppers and garlic in broth made with Better than Bouillon until tender.

Once the peppers are soft, add them to a blender with the heavy cream and blend until pureed.

Pour sauce back into the pan and mix in parmesan cheese. Add in the Palmini linguine noodles and snow peas and simmer for a few minutes.

Then add in the chopped cooked chicken and you are done. Serve with additional parmesan cheese if you wish.

This recipe should only take 15 -20 minutes and it’s a one pan keto dinner! Eliminate the chicken for a vegetarian dinner.

When using Palmini pasta rinse  and drain them well. I like to cook them for a few minutes to take on the flavor of the sauce better.
