All you need is a piece of filet, asparagus & lump crab. For the simple hollandaise sauce use butter, lemon, egg yolks, salt and cayenne.
Melt butter and cool. Blend egg yolks, lemon juice, cayenne and salt on low to combine. Very slowly pour in the melted butter then turn up to high and blend for 30 seconds.

While steaks are searing steam asparagus and make hollandaise sauce. While steaks are in oven, quickly saute crab, butter and lemon for a few minutes.
