Keto Canned Chicken Nuggets (air fryer)

A delicious low carb snack, appetizer or dinner that everyone will love.

Each keto friendly nugget has just 28 calories, 0.2g carbs and 2.9g protein. And you can make them in less than 20 minutes!

All you need is a few simple ingredients: canned chicken, shredded mozzarella and a few common spices.

Drain chicken and place in a mixing bowl with all the spices, canned chicken and mozzarella cheese. Mix to combine.

Spray air fryer basket with nonstick spray. Form mixture into nuggets and place gently in prepared air fryer basket.

Air fry for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Depending on the size it may take a few minutes longer.

They taste great as is but you can also make a few low carb dipping sauces or try ranch, low carb bbq sauce or keto ketchup.
