These are an easy keto dinner you can make with canned chicken in about 20 minutes! Each has just 87 calories and 0.5g net carbs.

All you need is canned chicken, grated parmesan cheese, eggs, mozzarella cheese, spices and parsley.

Drain water out of canned chicken and then shred in a mixing bowl. Next mix with all the other ingredients.

Form into patties. I got 12 patties from this recipe. And I used about 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture for each patty.

Spray air fryer basket and carefully place the patties in the air fryer. You may have to do in batches.

Bake for about 13-15 minutes until golden brown. Note cooking times may vary depending on size and air fryer.

Serve as a keto main dish or as an appetizer. You can use this tasty sriracha aioli or other dipping sauce.
