If you miss egg rolls on a keto diet you will love this deconstructed keto egg roll in a bowl recipe!

All you need is ground chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil, egg, ginger, garlic, green onions, Swerve and coleslaw.

STEP 1  Heat up a large skillet and add the olive oil. Once that’s hot, add in the ground chicken and start browning it.

STEP 2 Add garlic and ginger, mix and saute for a minute or so. Then add  coleslaw, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.

STEP 3 Meanwhile mix soy sauce, sweetener and sesame oil. Pour over cabbage mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes more.

STEP 4 While that is cooking, beat an egg and pour into a small pan. Cook and when done, break it up into small pieces.

STEP 5 Add the cooked chopped egg to the pan and mix tougher. Lastly sprinkle green onions on top and serve.
