KETO BUFFALO CHICKEN CASSEROLE

Loaded with chicken & cauliflower in a spicy buffalo sauce and covered in cheese. Easy and super craveable with only 3g net carbs!

All you need is cooked chicken breast, cauliflower, heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic, cheddar cheese and hot sauce

Microwave cauliflower for 5 minutes.  While that’s cooking, melt cream cheese, buffalo sauce & garlic in a skillet. Whisk to combine and then add in the cooked chicken.

When the cauliflower is done, add that to the chicken mixture and the spoon into a sprayed cooking dish. Then pour the heavy cream over top and sprinkle cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes until brown and bubbly in a 400°F oven. Let cool for a few minutes before eating.
