  • 3 cups chicken, cooked, chopped
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, crushed
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan (dived into 1/4c and 3/4c)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup mozzarella shredded
  • 3/4 cup crushed pork rinds


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F degrees.

  2. Microwave cream cheese, heavy cream and garlic for 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted. Mix well and stir in 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.

  3. Mix this mixture with the cooked chicken and make the first layer of the casserole.

  4. Then pour on sauce for the second layer.

  5. Add mozzarella and then mix the crushed pork rinds with the rest of the parmesan cheese and sprinkle on top.

  6. Bake for 30 minutes and let cool before eating.
