  • 1 lb Ham, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons onions, minced
  • 1 spear dill pickle
  • 1/4 cup celery, minced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Swerve sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard


  1. Add the ham to a food processor and grind it up. Pour into a large bowl.

  2. Place in the celery, onion and pickle into the food processor and process until finely minced. Add to the ham.

  3. Mix the mayonnaise, Swerve sweetener and mustard together. Pour on to ham and mix well.

  4. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
