This low carb large salad & cheese platter is perfect for entertaining or even for light dinner party. With a quick trip to Aldi and a few minutes putting this together, you can have a festive low carb dinner salad.
Make the salad base and place in the middle of the platter. Add the lettuce first and then top with onions, peppers, olives and artichokes.
Cut the eggs in half and line the lettuce with them.
Place the cheeses in each corner and fill in with the salami and bacon.
