Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a muffin pan.
Place eggs, hot sauce and garlic in a blender and blend until smooth. Then I pour into muffin pan.
Add the cheddar cheese and mix them in the muffin tins. Then sprinkle blue cheese and bacon on top.
Bake them for about 15 – 18 minutes until set on top.
