These easy, healthy low carb fries are made with celery root, otherwise known as celeriac. In just minutes you can have tasty crispy fries that taste surprisingly like potato fries but with less carbs.
In a large skillet add coconut oil and heat to medium high.
Add the fries in a single layer in the skillet. When the fries start to brown, flip over individually with a fork and make sure to brown all sides. This should take about 5 minutes per batch.
Sprinkle with sea salt and serve immediately.
