Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Slice mushrooms very thin use a mandoline if possible.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and place mushrooms slices on top. Make sure to evenly space mushrooms and not to overlap.
Brush melted butter on both sides of the mushrooms and sprinkle salt over them.
Cook for 40 minutes or until desired crunchiness.
