Pour 1 cup almond or coconut milk in baking dish. Sprinkle gelatin on top and let bloom (5 minutes).

n a saucepan, heat the rest of the milk, cream, water, Swerve, vanilla and salt. Simmer but do not boil.

Add heated mixture to gelatin mix and whisk til gelatin is dissolved. Add protein powder and whisk till well combined.

Refridgerate till solidified. Approximately 1 hour.
