Ingredients

  • 2 sticks of butter
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, crushed
  • 1 teaspoons Tabasco
  • 1 teaspoons sea salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemons juiced (about 2 tablespoons)
  • 1 lemons sliced
  • 3 lbs raw shrimp in the shells.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F. If the shrimp is frozen, make sure it has thawed.

  2. On the stove add all the ingredients except the shrimp and the lemon slices. Whisk until butter is melted and let simmer for a few minutes.

  3. Add the shrimp in a even layer in a large baking dish.

  4. Top with the sauce and cover with lemon slices.

  5. Bake until the shrimp are cooked through. About 20 minutes. Half way through mix the shrimp around. You know they are down when the shrimp change color.

  6. Can serve with crusty bread to soak up the juices in not low carb. We always eat it with a big salad too.
