Ingredients

  • 1 cup cultured buttermilk powder
  • 3 Tablespoons dried parsley flakes
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 Tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener (or sugar if not low carb)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients. Mix well.
  2. Place in a jar or baggie in the regrigerator to keep fresh.
  3. To make the dressing combine 3 Tablespoons of the mix with 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of mayonnaise. This dressing is on the thin side so you may want to add extra mayonnaise or less milk.
  4. To make dip combine 3 T of the mix to 1 pint of sour cream. A little lemon zest is great to add too.
