½teaspoonmatcha green tea
½teaspoonvanilla
1Tablespooncoconut oil
2TablespoonsGreat Lakes Gelatin (green can or protein powder of your choice)
¼teaspooncinnamon
¼teaspoonginger
¼teaspoonallspice
sweetner to taste
