Zucchini Ham & Cheese Bites (GF, Low Carb, Paleo)
This is a quick low carb or Paleo snack that you can make in just a few minutes.Tasty and filling.

of zucchini

thin slices of ham

cup
shredded cheese of choice
I used habanero havarti

Tablespoons
grated parmesan cheese

Place your slices of zucchini on a cookie sheet.

Every other slice, top with ham and shredded cheese.

On the other slices, add a bit of grated cheese.

Broil for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and browned a bit.

Use the grated cheese slices to top the ham slices and eat immediately.
