Sausage Broccoli and Butternut Squash Noodles
Butternut squash noodles are delicious, especially with Italian sausage and broccoli. A healthy, grain free meal that you'll love.

olive oil

cups
butternut squash noodles (use spiralizer to make)

cups
broccoli, steamed

sweet Italian sausage links

teaspoon
crushed garlic

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
pepper

In a large skillet, take your sausage links out of the casings and crumble and brown.

In the meantime add butternut squash noodles to a pyrex bowl and microwave for 2 minutes.

When the sausage is browned, take out of pan and set aside.

Using the same pan, add the oil and garlic and saute for 1 minute.

Add your butternut squash, broccoli, salt and pepper and saute for a couple minutes.

Add your sausage back to the pan and continue to cook for 1 minute.

Serve and eat and enjoy!
